March is Maple Month and we are here for all things maple! Maple is a big deal here in New Hampshire. The state produces nearly 90,000 gallons of syrup per year and supports over 350 family-owned sugarhouses. Many of these sugarhouses have been around for generations, driving the economy, boosting tourism, and continuing a cultural tradition.
