 4 oz Calef's Wild New Hampshire Blueberry Jam
 ⅛ tsp salt
 ½ cup sugar

Warm cream and Wild New Hampshire Blueberry Jam without allowing it to ever simmer.

Stir in salt and sugar.

Allow to cool and chill.

Freeze in ice cream machine.
