I sent a gift box from Calef’s to an ailing friend who lives far away but had fallen in love with Calef’s rat trap cheddar while visiting in NH. They appreciated the pairing with the crackers, and the hot pepper jelly was just spicy enough to add some zest to an otherwise gloomy day.

This item is a holiday favorite that I send every year to my parents and it never fails to delight them. The cheese is fantastic and the gingersnaps are always great with a glass of milk or cup of coffee. I am too far away to stop in, but am grateful that I can go online and get these beloved treats every year.

Living in Florida now and getting a few of my dad's old favorite items from when he grew up in the northeast. He could not have been happier with the Rat Trap cheese as well as the Ginger snaps.
