Started as a Christmas present for the maker’s brother, the demand for this mustard has quickly grown. Today NH Provincial Palate Mustards are sold at Farmer’s Markets, featured at restaurants, and won a silver medal at the Napa Valley World Wide Mustard Competition. A great success story to share with Thanksgiving guests!
