Apple Pie & Cheddar Pretzel Crisps

 1 unpeeled apple, such as Cortland, Fuji or Granny Smith, quartered, cored and very thinly sliced
 2 tsp butter
 1 tbsp sugar
 About 2 dozen Cinnamon Toast Pretzel Crisps
 4 oz Calef's Rat Trap Cheddar, thinly sliced
 Ground cinnamon

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples and cook, stirring often, until apples begin to soften and brown, about 5 minutes.

Add sugar and continue stirring for about 5 more minutes until apples are tender and lightly browned.

Top each pretzel crisp with cheddar and slices of apple. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
